| Saba Unveils Upgrade Incentive Program For Saba Enterprise 2005
Saba 2005 Upgrade Program Enhances Benefits for Customers Migrating to Saba’s Next Generation Human Capital Management Solution
REDWOOD SHORES, CALIF., June 28, 2005 — Saba (NASDAQ: SABA), a leading provider of human capital management (HCM) solutions, today announced the Saba 2005 Upgrade Program, which includes a set of extended benefits for customers migrating to Saba Enterprise 2005. Upgrading customers will leverage existing investments while reaping the benefits of a broader, more flexible platform. Among the many incentives of the Upgrade Program are a free 1-2 day Upgrade Assessment, discounted licenses for the broader Saba HCM offering and 100 free end user licenses for Saba Talent, Saba Collaboration or Saba Performance.
“Saba understands that the HCM needs of global enterprises today have changed over the past three to five years,” said Bobby Yazdani, chairman and CEO of Saba. “For many of our customers, a modern learning management suite is just one component of a larger HCM solution. Saba 2005 Upgrade Program provides customers the ability to quickly access the state-of-the-art capabilities of Saba Learning and the flexibility to adopt as little or as much of the broader HCM suite as their organizations require.”
Following the May release of Saba 2005, which added support for multiple languages, Saba began inviting existing customers to upgrade to the latest Saba platform. There is no license fee for migrating customers who are current on maintenance contracts. Saba 2005 Upgrade Program was designed to support those customers who want to migrate quickly, by providing incentives and benefits to augment the business advantages of the move.
